Carl was born & raised in Oklahoma City, attended Putnam City High School and Oklahoma University. A Marine Corps veteran, business owner & licensed in Real Estate in 1978.

He spent 18 years in Dallas, TX in which he owned and operated a company providing specialized management services to commercial, educational and industrial facilities throughout the Southwest US. He joined Thomas Lay Realtors in March 2002. He employs his successful property experience to help local and national clients be profitable in this ever-changing market place.
