Core to Shore Property Sold

21,000 square foot building on 0.24 acres at 712 S Broadway Ave in Oklahoma City sold for $730,000.  Site will be part of the new convention center in Downtown Oklahoma City.  The closing was at American Eagle Title and Ron Gary with Thomas Lay, Realtors handled the transaction.
